If you're looking for a summary, plase use the one that I prepared with care here below, it's definitely better than any AI's.

TL;DR

-

I am a System Integrator, currently serving as Principal Engineer for industrial IT platforms at Eli Lilly, with strong experience in pharmaceutical validation of computer systems and IT/OT integration. After a military career as a Submariner, I reinvented myself as a developer and architect of IT/OT systems; lately, I have been focusing on the implementation of a Unified Namespace based on MQTT to support the transition to next-generation manufacturing systems.

Who I Am

+

I am a System Integrator based in Italy, currently employed as Principal Engineer for industrial IT platforms at Eli Lilly, a multinational pharmaceutical company.

After graduating from the Petrarca High School for Classical Studies in Arezzo, I pursued a military career in the Navy as a Staff Officer. At the completion of the Naval Academy training, I specialized as a Submariner. After seven more years, serving as Chief of Operations on the Pelosi SSK submarine, and upon completing my required service, I left the Navy to join my father's small company. I resumed studying and reinvented myself as a developer and architect of automation systems. In 2015, I joined Eli Lilly, first as an external consultant and later as an employee, taking on the role of Principal Engineer for Platforms and leading IT/OT integration architecture at the Sesto Fiorentino facility.

I have strong stress resistance and take a practical, holistic approach to problem-solving, while maintaining rigor in requirement analysis, security, and technical documentation.

I have developed extensive experience in pharmaceutical validation of computerized systems supporting manufacturing and analytical instruments. Additionally, I can serve as an SME and System Custodian for a variety of applications across different physical, virtual or containerized platforms, on Windows and on Linux.

In recent years, I have focused on locally implementing a manufacturing Unified Namespace based on MQTT to drive the transition toward next-generation systems.

Leisure, passions and hobbies

I have thought whether to include this section or not; the result is obvious. The reason is that this is useful to understand my nature and my approach to life. And so I like spending a lot of my free time writing articles for my blog, recording stakes for my podcast and designing 3D printable objects. I love to tell and to tell about myself, not so much for some ill-fated narcissism (otherwise I would be a star on TikTok!), but to leave a digital trail of reality as I see it, as an act of responsibility towards history, to prevent its embezzlement by the new and emerging totalitarianisms.

I am a FOSS and federated social media advocate, running also my own ActivityPub server on the Fediverse. I also leisurely handcraft websites, writing each and every HTML, CSS and Javascript line, just for me and an handful.

I love to walk and ride outdoors, but I'm pretty lazy from that point of view. One day I'll challenge the *eroica* race.

Curriculum Vitae

My complete CV, in European format, along with XML metadata, is available for interested parties. In order to obtain it, you just need to write your request to the following email address and to attach the proposal for which my CV's consultation is deemed necessary:

Social Networks and contacts

+

I am present on many social networks, but probably none of these are mainstream except LinkedIn, on which I left the minimum to tell my profile visitors to look for me on this page. The reason is that I claim to be the only person to own my personal data, the information about my habits and trends and about my interactions with others. Since I do not expect private and centralized social networks to listen to my needs, I choose to be independent.

I can be contacted in many ways: what I do prefer for communications of Business nature the email address already deisclosed on the previous section, that is: .
